About
Mix your
perfect shade
Blendry is customizable hair color you mix yourself. Instead of a pre-mixed shade, concentrated pigments blend into a base to create a custom color at the intensity you choose.
What Blendry is
Most hair color comes already decided. One bottle, one result. Blendry gives you the pieces and lets you choose.
You start with concentrated pigments and a mixing base. The pigments carry the color, and the base carries the pigments and softens them into something wearable.
Add more pigment for a deeper, bolder result, or lean on the base to keep things sheer and pale. Two colors together move the mix toward a third. The shade you end up with is the one you blended, saved under a name you gave it so the next batch matches the last.
How it works
There are three steps to it. You pick your pigments and blend them into the base, then decide how strong the color reads.
Choose your pigments
Pick the pigment colors you want in the mix. Reach for one on its own, or combine a few to land on a shade in between.
Blend into the base
Add the pigments to the mixing base and stir until the color runs even. The base is a conditioning cream that carries pigment and keeps the blend smooth.
Set the strength
More drops read deep and bold. Fewer keep it soft. When the color looks right, name the blend and save it to mix again.
What is in it
The dye is semi-permanent and deposit-only, so it sits on the hair without stripping it. There is no bleach, and the color fades gradually over washes rather than growing out in a hard line. It is vegan and cruelty-free, made without PPD, peroxide, or ammonia, and the base conditions hair while the color develops.
What deposit-only means for your hair
Deposit-only color works by coating the hair rather than lifting what is already there. It asks less of your hair than a permanent dye, and it leaves quietly as it wears.
- No bleach in the product. Color is laid onto the hair, not pulled out of it, so pastels and brights start from hair you have lightened yourself.
- It fades soft. The color washes down a little at a time instead of growing out in a hard line.
- It conditions as it sets. The base is a conditioning cream, so hair stays soft while the color develops.
