Some Blendry products can be bought as an auto-renewing subscription. This policy explains how those subscriptions are billed and how to change or cancel them. One-time purchases are not subscriptions and aren't affected by this policy.
How billing works
When you start a subscription, you agree to a recurring charge on a set schedule (for example, monthly) at the price shown at checkout. Your payment method is automatically charged each billing cycle until you cancel. We send a reminder email before each renewal charge, so there are no surprises.
Manage, pause, or cancel
You're in control. You can pause or cancel anytime from your account — no phone call and no approval needed. Just sign in and open your subscription to make changes. If you'd rather we handle it, email care@blendry.la.
When cancellation takes effect
Cancelling stops all future renewals. If you've already been charged for the current cycle, that order will still be prepared and shipped — you'll get what you paid for. To avoid the next charge, cancel before your next renewal date (shown in your account and in your reminder email).
Refunds
Charges for billing cycles that have already been processed are non-refundable. The physical products from a subscription order are still covered by our Return and refund policy if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Price or plan changes
If we ever change a subscription's price or terms, we'll email you before the change takes effect so you can review it or cancel.
